Strategic Partnerships
Partnerships where both sides can say what they get.
We help you find the right partner, shape a proposition that holds up, and agree how it will work before anyone signs anything.

Our view
Most partnerships fail quietly.
They are announced with a press release, run for a quarter, and then nobody can quite remember who was supposed to do what. It is rarely anyone’s fault. The value for each side was never written down clearly enough.
We start the other way round. Before we approach anyone, we work out what you can offer a partner and what you need back. If that exchange does not look fair on paper, it will not work in practice, and we will tell you so.
Partnership models
Different ways to work together.
We help you choose the model before the partner.
| Model | What it looks like | Effort to launch | Best when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Co-marketing | Joint campaigns to both customer bases | Low | You want reach quickly |
| Loyalty partnership | Your rewards inside their programme or the reverse | Medium | Customers overlap |
| Co-branded product | A card, membership or bundle carrying both brands | High | The relationship is long term |
| Distribution | One partner sells or recommends the other | Medium | You need access to a new channel |
| Referral | Simple, tracked introductions between businesses | Low | You want to test the fit first |
How we work
Five stages, no shortcuts.
- 01
Define what good looks like
Goals, red lines, and what you are prepared to offer. This is the stage most people skip.
- 02
Build the long list
Businesses with overlapping customers, complementary products or the access you need.
- 03
Test the fit quietly
Discreet first conversations to check interest before anything formal.
- 04
Shape the proposition
A short document both sides can read in five minutes and agree with.
- 05
Launch and check in
A clear start, owners on both sides, and scheduled reviews so it does not drift.
