2. Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect personal data when you:

It does not cover the practices of third-party websites, programmes or services that may be linked from the Website. Where a loyalty programme operated with one of our clients has its own privacy notice, that notice will govern the personal data of programme members.

- Usage data, such as the pages you view and the links you click, to the extent recorded in standard server or hosting logs.

- Business contact information from publicly available sources, professional networks or referrals, where you are a representative of an organisation we may work with.

- Group companies of ABHORIZON GROUP PVT. LTD., where needed to deliver our services, subject to the same standards of protection.

10. How long we keep personal data

- Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are kept for up to 24 months from our last communication, and then deleted or anonymised.
- Records relating to clients, merchants and partners are kept for the duration of the relationship and for up to 8 years afterwards, in line with applicable tax and company law requirements.
- Technical logs are kept for a limited period, typically not more than 12 months, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
